A nomenclature of biology and art

I came accross this illustration of a nomenclature for BioArt and am interested in applying it to the biological art I see. Some art works seem to connect the carbon and no carbon relms, for instance Andy Gracies pH1 autoinducer. It also points the way to a much longer history of bioart, if we include Land Art
